Job Title: Staff Engineer (Technical Lead) – Full Stack (.NET, React, AWS & AI)

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per annum

We are seeking a hands-on Staff Engineer / Technical Lead to drive full-stack development using C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, AWS, and generative AI. This is an individual contributor leadership role, with 60–80% of the time dedicated to writing production code.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end features using C#/.NET and React/TypeScript.
• Design and develop scalable, distributed AWS-based systems, APIs, event-driven services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead technical architecture, code reviews, engineering quality, and mentoring while remaining hands-on.
• Optimize React applications for performance, testing, state management, and scalability.
• Integrate production-ready AI/LLM capabilities, including APIs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Own CI/CD, observability, reliability, and production performance.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience, with technical leadership experience.
• Strong, recent hands-on expertise in C#/.NET, React, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience shipping production code across both frontend and backend.
• Solid AWS experience with distributed systems, messaging, caching, databases, and CI/CD.
• Experience leading architecture, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.
• Hands-on production experience implementing AI/LLM solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-tenant SaaS, CMS, publishing, or media/OTT experience.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, AI agents, and production AI evaluation.
• Terraform/CloudFormation and infrastructure automation experience.
• Experience modernizing large React applications.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on technical leader who enjoys coding, owns architecture for a product area, mentors engineers, and has delivered real-world AI integrations. This is not a people-management or research-focused role.
