Role Description The Full Stack Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain
web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring performance, reliability, and
security. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, managing
databases, and optimizing application workflows. The role involves collaborating directly with clients or stakeholders to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and iterate based on feedback. The engineer will also be responsible for
testing, debugging, documenting code, and staying current with modern development practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Proficiency in back-end web development and general software development, including server-side frameworks and database integration.
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development, comfortably working across client-side and server-side components.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while coordinating with clients or stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with modern frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Node.js, or similar) is a plus.
