We're growing the team and looking for a Software Engineer who brings more than just framework knowledge. We want someone who thinks clearly, writes efficient algorithms, and takes real ownership of what they build. You'll be working on data-intensive, real-time systems in the energy and IoT space so strong logical reasoning matters just as much as your tech stack.

- Energy trading or ETRM systems

- EV charging platforms - OCPP or OCPI protocols

- IoT platforms and real-time device data

- Energy Management Systems (EMS)

What we're really looking for:

We'll include a short algorithmic problem in the first interview round. Not a LeetCode grind, just enough to see how you structure your thinking. Beyond that, here's what matters:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade React applications

- Proven ability to design algorithms and write efficient data-processing logic from scratch

- Deep backend experience. You've built systems that handle real load, not just REST APIs

- You understand how Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis actually work under the hood, not just how to configure them

- Strong MongoDB skills. Aggregation pipelines and time-series, not just basic queries

- You've worked on complex, stateful UIs. Forms, data tables, real-time updates

- You take ownership. You notice problems before they're assigned to you and you fix them
