Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that support Awolve’s AI-driven automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end services and APIs, and ensuring seamless communication between system components. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software. The Full Stack Engineer will also participate in code reviews, optimize performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development pipeline. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stockholm County, Sweden.



Qualifications

  • AI Native, used to work with AI development tools like Claude Code, and see this as a natural programming partner.
  • Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with the ability to work across the entire application stack.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development, including building responsive user interfaces and working with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development, including API design, data models, and integration with external services.
  • Solid understanding of modern web frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and solve complex technical problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in an on-site environment in Stockholm County, Sweden; professional proficiency in English required, Swedish language skills are a big plus.
