Role Summary:

Build the core software foundation for simulation-based systems in specialty domains. You’ll develop high-performance computation services, workflow orchestration, and enterprise-grade integrations that produce reproducible, traceable outputs suitable for enterprise and mainstream users.

Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Mountain View, CA (Remote is fine for a right candidate)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement product features, workflows in C+/class="bg-amber-100">Python (e.g., numerical routines, algorithms, user interfaces)
• Build orchestration for multi-step workflows (project state, job execution, persistence, versioning).
• Implement robust class="bg-amber-100">API contracts and class="bg-amber-100">data schemas for results, metaclass="bg-amber-100">data, and provenance.
• Integrate with enterprise class="bg-amber-100">data sources, class="bg-amber-100">cloud-based systems, GPUs.
• Engineer for production quality: class="bg-amber-100">Testing, performance profiling, reliability patterns, observability, secure coding, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years production software development; BS/MS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
• Strong C/class="bg-amber-100">C++ and class="bg-amber-100">Python experience; strong foundation in class="bg-amber-100">data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with AI assisted class="bg-amber-100">programming and class="bg-amber-100">testing.
• Experience in UI and UX development.
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating class="bg-amber-100">backend services (REST/gRPC), plus CI/CD and automated class="bg-amber-100">testing.
