We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Tester / Automation Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through both manual and automated testing.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify issues, improve software quality, and contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworks.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with developers to investigate issues and verify bug fixes.
• Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and review sessions.
• Analyze test results and prepare quality assurance reports.
• Maintain testing documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Continuously improve testing processes, coverage, and automation capabilities.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA principles.
• Experience with manual testing and defect tracking processes.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, TestRail, or similar testing and collaboration tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant projects, internships, or automation testing knowledge are encouraged to apply.
