Role Description The Web Developer will work full time on-site in Abuja, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services, integrating APIs, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. The role involves translating design concepts into functional features, troubleshooting and resolving bugs, and maintaining clean, well-documented code. The Web Developer will participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and support deployment and maintenance processes. The position also requires staying current with modern web technologies and best practices to continuously improve Rylatech_Entr’s digital solutions.
Qualifications

• Strong Web Development foundation, with experience building modern, responsive websites and web applications.
• Front-End Development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Back-End Web Development skills, such as server-side programming (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar) and working with RESTful APIs and databases.
• Programming skills with solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, version control (e.g., Git), and software development best practices.
• Web Design sensibilities, with the ability to implement intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces based on UX/UI guidelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms or deployment environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar) and basic DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively on-site in Abuja.
