About The Role

GrabJobs is seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join our expanding remote team based in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining innovative, scalable, and secure web applications tailored to meet the needs of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern frontend development frameworks and best practices, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, QA engineers, and clients across different time zones. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects such as custom web applications, enterprise platforms, APIs, automation solutions, AI-enabled applications, dashboards, and cloud-based systems, contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of our clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in web development, demonstrating proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web standards. Experience with popular frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Next.js is essential. A strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first web development principles is required, along with hands-on experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub, alongside knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, is necessary. Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Additional experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AI/ML integration, IoT, GIS, and enterprise systems will be considered advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is recommended.
