Full Stack Web Application Developer — .NET Software Developer
**Full Remote Position**
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated .NET developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of web-based applications. This role blends strong core technical skills with modern development practices — including the use of AI-assisted coding tools — to help our team ship highquality software faster.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the .NET stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, product, design) within an Agile/Scrum framework
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups
• Leverage AI coding assistants to improve development speed and code quality
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and reduce regressions
• Manage builds, releases, and deployments through Azure DevOps pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle
Required Qualifications
AI-Assisted Development: Proven experience leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or similar) to boost development efficiency, streamline code completion, and improve code quality.
Agile Development: Proficient in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, with hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for work tracking, application development, and deployment pipelines.
Testing & Quality Assurance Experience writing and maintaining unit tests (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest) as part of the development workflow.
Version Control Proficiency with Git (or similar version control systems), including branching strategies, pull requests, and code review workflows.
Collaboration Proven ability to work effectively across multiple concurrent projects in a team environment, coordinating with developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
Experience Level 3+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.
Core Technical Stack
• Visual Studio / .NET (C#)
• ASP.NET MVC and Blazor
• jQuery
• Entity Framework
• SQL Server
• LINQ
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Telerik (or similar third-party UI component libraries)
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (e.g., App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL) —distinct from Azure DevOps, which is used for CI/CD and work tracking
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading code reviews
• Strong communication skills, particularly in stakeholder-facing or cross-team settings
What We're Looking For
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug effectively under deadline pressure
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Curiosity and adaptability toward new tools and development practices (including AI-assisted workflows)
