The Role
The Role
- Design, develop, and operate modern web applications across a SaaS portfolio (Frontend, Backend, and DevOps).
- Integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences using LLMs, Retrieval, Tool-Use, and structured workflows.
- Design, develop, and operate Cloud-native services focusing on reliability, security, and developer productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to enhance engineering and AI-engineering quality.
- Stay close to users, understand healthcare workflows, and apply an outcome-driven mindset to feature development.
- Several years of senior experience in full-stack engineering of modern web applications.
- Deep expertise in at least one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python).
- Completed university degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar technical field.
- Practical experience with technologies such as React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, C#, Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD.
- Proven effective use of AI in software engineering, including agentic coding tools and experience in designing AI pipelines.
- Fluent German and English, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, innovative mindset.
- Flexible mobile work with 2 days remote and 3 days in office.
