The Role

• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including technical proof of concepts and system design.
• Implement systems according to established standards and create automated tests.
• Work as an individual contributor across multiple teams, understanding upstream/downstream processes.
• Document solution designs, seeking feedback from peers.
• Communicate progress to management and team members and participate in peer review sessions.
• Conduct analysis of application and database performance, troubleshoot, and monitor applications.
  
  

What You'll Need

• BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• 4 to 6 plus years of experience in software design and web development.
• Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages, particularly Java with Spring framework.
• Proficient knowledge of at least one Unix or Unix variant system.
• Experience with AWS services, Angular, SQL, and relational databases.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
