Position: SWE Front-End — Visual Document Understanding

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 15–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate the accuracy of AI models in visual document understanding to enhance model outputs.
• Author complex tasks with clear ground-truth outputs and objective rubrics.
• Develop benchmarks for assessing AI-generated visual tasks and solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure consistency and relevance across datasets.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Expertise in Front-End Engineering.
• Strong understanding of UI screenshots, design specs, and component diagrams.
