DzoGame is looking for 02 Full Stack Engineers to build an Internal AI Platform that supports advertising operations, game operations, player management, data analysis, and workflow automation.

You will help develop internal tools that integrate AI into real business processes and modernize existing systems into more efficient, scalable platforms

Responsibilities

• Build internal systems, tools, dashboards, and backend services with AI integration.
• Develop backend APIs, frontend modules, and automation workflows.
• Integrate with Maintool and existing internal services.
• Support data-driven workflows for advertising, game operations, BI, UA, and Product teams.
• Upgrade legacy systems and improve system reliability, data correctness, and operational efficiency.
• Work with internal teams to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer.
• Good foundation in backend, frontend, database, API, and SQL.
• Ability to work with data for operations, analytics, or automation.
• Practical understanding of AI applications in software development or workflow automation.
• Strong system thinking, ownership mindset, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and handle evolving requirements.

• Experience with advertising data, game product data, user behavior, analytics, or marketing automation.
• Experience building internal tools, admin tools, dashboards, BI tools, CRM/CMS, or operation systems.
• Experience with AI API, automation tools, internal AI services, LLM, AI Agent, RAG, MCP, or workflow orchestration is a plus.
• Ability to prototype quickly and learn new technologies.
