We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications across the entire technology stack. In this role, you will work on frontend user experiences, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud-based deployments, delivering high-quality solutions that are scalable, secure, and reliable. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend and backend technologies.
• Build user-friendly, responsive, and high-performing web interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Develop scalable backend services and business logic that support application functionality and performance.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

Frontend Development

• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using contemporary web technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
• Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend services.

Backend Development & API Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support internal applications and third-party integrations.
• Develop scalable microservices and backend solutions that support business requirements.
• Integrate applications with external platforms, business systems, and cloud services.
• Ensure APIs are secure, well-documented, and optimized for performance.

Database Management

• Design and manage relational and NoSQL database structures to support application requirements.
• Develop efficient queries, data models, and storage strategies.
• Optimize database performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity and support data migration and transformation initiatives when required.

System Architecture & Performance Optimization

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions that improve scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Implement best practices for system design, application security, and performance engineering.
• Support high-availability and fault-tolerant application architectures.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement solutions that improve system stability.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and maintainability.

Agile Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and DevOps teams to deliver features and enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to project estimation, technical planning, and solution design discussions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across development processes and practices.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying full-stack applications.
• Experience working across both frontend and backend technologies in production environments.
• Proven experience delivering scalable web applications and enterprise solutions.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
