Role Description The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across the stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and databases. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new product features, optimizing performance, fixing bugs, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences. The role involves writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions that support scalability and reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi, where the developer will work closely with a small, agile team to ship and iterate on products quickly.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and debugging tools.
• Relevant qualifications include prior work on production-grade web applications, familiarity with agile development, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience, is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate in a small team environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
