AI coding agents can now write, debug, and test significant portions of software. But great software still requires people who understand business problems, design sound solutions, recognize when something is wrong, and take ownership of the finished product.

We care more about what you can build and deliver than how many lines of code you write manually.

What You'll Work On

• Build full-stack applications using Python, Django, and React.
• Develop automation solutions for real-world business processes.
• Integrate enterprise applications, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Build workflows involving documents, spreadsheets, email, and business data.
• Use AI coding assistants and agents to accelerate software development.
• Review, test, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
• Deploy, maintain, and enhance production applications on Microsoft Azure.

Our Core Technology Stack

• Backend: Python, Django, Django REST Framework
• Frontend: React, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQL
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure
• DevOps: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD
• AI Development: Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools

We don't expect you to know every tool. We do expect you to understand software engineering and be comfortable learning new technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python and backend development fundamentals.
• Experience building React applications and integrating APIs.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience building, testing, and supporting production software.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, or a strong willingness to adopt them.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to collaborate with an international team, with some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.

Experience in business-process automation, enterprise integrations, Azure, or AI/LLM applications is a plus.
