About The Role
We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join Sierra's dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across our core product interfaces and customer-facing web pages. Your work will ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-performance experience for users worldwide. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, content, and engineering to build scalable, accessible, and localized web solutions. Your expertise will help us enhance our content infrastructure, optimize performance, and champion accessibility standards, all while supporting our growth initiatives through data-driven experimentation and analytics. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in modern frontend technologies and a deep understanding of marketing and growth principles. You should be proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or similar frameworks), with a keen eye for UI/UX design and details. Experience working with headless CMS systems such as Sanity is highly desirable. You should have a genuine commitment to performance optimization and accessibility, with a track record of implementing best practices that improve speed and usability. Familiarity with structured content models, localization/internationalization processes, and third-party integrations will be advantageous. Excellent collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with non-engineers including designers, content creators, and marketers to translate their goals into technical solutions. A proactive mindset, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning are key to success in this role.

- Develop and maintain our content management infrastructure using Sanity, enabling content and marketing teams to self-serve updates, manage structured content models, and streamline preview and staging workflows.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement analytics, facilitate experimentation, and translate business objectives into measurable, shippable features.
- Support localization and internationalization efforts by implementing multilingual content, translation workflows, and infrastructure to deliver high-quality experiences for global audiences.
- Prioritize performance as a core feature by managing Core Web Vitals, optimizing media assets, diagnosing subtle performance issues, and ensuring fast load times and responsiveness.
