About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing of AI-powered conversational applications to ensure accuracy, stability, and performance
• Develop and execute comprehensive manual and automated test scenarios
• Strengthen and optimize QA processes and methodologies
• Analyze product behavior to identify improvement areas in model performance
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to maintain quality standards
• Generate clear and detailed test reports with actionable insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in QA/SDET roles
• Strong background in both manual and automation testing
• Practical experience with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured
• Good knowledge of API testing and programming using Java or Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven
• Solid understanding of functional and non-functional testing approaches
• Working knowledge of databases (MySQL or similar) and tools like JMeter is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
