Full Stack Developer - C# & Angular with AI/LLM & DevOps Focus

About the Role

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer whose core strength is building and scaling AI/LLM-powered systems and owning the DevOps infrastructure behind them. This is fundamentally an AI systems and infrastructure role: you will design intelligent backend workflows, integrate and orchestrate LLMs in production, and ensure the infrastructure running them is reliable, observable, and built to scale. C# (.NET) backend skills and Angular frontend skills round out the role, but the primary mandate is AI/LLM engineering and DevOps ownership.

Key Responsibilities

AI/LLM Systems (Primary Focus)

- Design, integrate, and orchestrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, or similar) into core product features

- Build AI-native workflows: prompt orchestration, RAG pipelines, embeddings, real-time inference

- Own model integration reliability, including fallback behavior, latency, and cost efficiency

- Continuously evaluate and improve AI system performance and accuracy in production

DevOps & Infrastructure (Primary Focus)

- Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation end-to-end

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), including scaling, monitoring, and failover

- Implement observability: logging, metrics, alerting across AI and application systems

- Enforce security best practices across infrastructure, secrets management, and access control

- Lead incident response and ensure fast recovery for production issues

Backend Development

- Build and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) that support AI-driven workflows

- Design and maintain scalable, secure APIs connecting AI, backend, and frontend layers

Frontend Development

- Build and maintain frontend interfaces using Angular

- Translate design specifications into clean, responsive, reusable components

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with AI/ML, Product, and Design teams to ship features end-to-end

- Maintain strong engineering hygiene, including documentation and consistent version control practices

Requirements

- 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience

- Strong, demonstrable experience integrating and orchestrating LLMs in production systems (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, model orchestration)

- Strong DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), containerization, monitoring and observability tooling

- Solid backend development experience in C# / .NET

- Solid frontend development experience in Angular

- Strong understanding of system architecture, API design, and security best practices

- Demonstrated ability to own systems end-to-end, from architecture through production deployment and monitoring

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with real-time or voice-based AI systems

- Experience with multi-cloud or failover architecture

- Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment
