Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side technology, such as Java or Node.js.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems or a keen interest in working with CRMs like Salesforce.
• Quick learner with a hunger for continuous improvement and success.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative nature with a willingness to be coached and grow professionally.

Core Skills

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles to ensure seamless functionality across devices.
• Version control systems proficiency, especially Git.
• Web performance optimization skills to ensure software runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their integration into applications.
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Understanding of cross-platform compatibility challenges and solutions.

Good to Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
