A strong understanding of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and cloud environments such as AWS is required. Familiarity with AI-native engineering and automated workflows is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between development, product, UX, and other disciplines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain microservice-based architectures, ensuring seamless communication between services and optimal performance.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven features and automated workflows into our products, shaping the future of work within our organization.
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and approaches that facilitate scalability and innovation.
