We embed with client teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade interfaces across a range of industries and product types, combining deep technical expertise with close, hands-on collaboration.

Role Description:

As a Frontend Developer at BE Associates, you will design, build, and optimize user-facing interfaces for our clients' products, translating requirements and designs into intuitive, accessible experiences that span both web and desktop applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new features, improving existing front-end architecture, debugging and resolving UI issues, and maintaining high standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility. You will participate in code reviews, contribute to front-end best practices, and collaborate on iterative improvements to user experience based on feedback and analytics.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pristina, with an initial three-month probation period, after which there is the opportunity to move to a hybrid working model.
