About The Role

Mosano is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our team and work across the projects in our portfolio. You'll work across the stack, building and maintaining modern web applications with a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and delivery speed. You'll collaborate closely with a small, senior team that values autonomy, clean architecture, and pragmatic decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features across frontend and backend
• Develop and consume REST APIs (GraphQL a plus) to support product functionality
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested TypeScript across the codebase
• Collaborate on architecture decisions for scalability and long-term maintainability
• Work within a Git Flow branching model, contributing to a healthy, reviewable codebase
• Build, containerize, and deploy applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (ex: PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude CLI or similar LLM tooling) to boost productivity and code quality
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning
  
  

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ work experience
• Strong experience with React (component architecture, hooks, state management)
• Solid backend experience with Node.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Comfortable with Git and working in a Git Flow workflow
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude CLI or other LLM-based dev tools)
• Good written and spoken English (you'll work in an English-speaking environment)
