About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our products and platform, translating business strategies into scalable, robust solutions. You will work across the full technology stack, utilizing your expertise in both frontend and backend development to build innovative features and maintain existing systems. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, experience, and a growth mindset. Key qualifications include:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in engineering, product development, or technical delivery, with a focus on full-stack development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, React Native, Expo, Vue, Vite, CSS, Redis, and Docker.
• Strong experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), SOA, SaaS architecture, messaging systems, stream processing, and SQL data stores.
• Ability to analyze and optimize complex SQL queries, understand data structures, and improve database performance.
• Experience with containerization, scaling SaaS platform services, and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with functional programming principles and software analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build and launch new products from concept to market.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, and a commitment to maintaining high code quality and accountability.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate goals, metrics, and technical concepts across teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and mentorship.
  
  

Responsibilities

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Translating business strategies and operating models into comprehensive technical product roadmaps, utilizing gap analysis and architectural foresight.
• Ensuring that the platform’s technical capabilities align with the company's evolving business needs and strategic goals.
• Communicating technical goals, key performance metrics, and value propositions effectively across the engineering organization and stakeholders.
• Driving the design, development, and ongoing support of new and existing products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and operations.
• Mentoring team members on complex system design challenges, fostering technical growth, and leading initiatives for technical change and modernization.
• Deep-diving into applications and data stores to identify insights through profiling, tracing, operational intelligence, and trend analysis, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows while maintaining code quality, security, and reliability.
