Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Software Developer at CX Sales Solutions. The Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end services and web applications that support customer experience and sales workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, implementing APIs, integrating with third-party systems, and troubleshooting application issues. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on schedule. The Software Developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve development processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in at least one modern language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building RESTful APIs, working with databases, and integrating services.
• Ability to write clean, testable code and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with modern frameworks or platforms (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Spring Boot) and basic knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to participate in code reviews, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
