About the Role

As a Junior Developer at RZLT, you'll support the development team in building, maintaining, and improving the tools, systems, and platforms that power our projects. You'll get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you'll never stop learning.

What You'll Do

• Help document and maintain clean, well-structured code
• Assist in version control and code deployment
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues
• Collect and evaluate user feedback for improvements
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements and optimization
• Help maintain system security and performance
• Create technical documentation
• Use Agentic Tools such as Cursor, Loveable, and Others to build internal products and processes.

We're on the lookout for someone who has

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Typescript, Python)
• Familiarity with blockchain coding languages (Rust, Solidity...)
• Understanding of front-end and back-end development principles
• Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub
• Knowledge of frameworks or libraries (AngularJS, .NET, etc.) is a plus
• Interest or experience in Web3 development is a plus
• Interest in Agentic Tools and Principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn fast
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
• Organized, detail-oriented
