About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with a focus on AI and web development to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications and AI-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as experience working with machine learning frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences, secure APIs, and scalable data solutions. Your contributions will be critical in driving technological advancements and delivering high-quality software products that support NTT DATA’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years working with Python and related back-end technologies such as Node.js or Django.
• Proficiency in front-end languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like Angular.
• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience designing and developing scalable web applications and APIs, particularly RESTful services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling applications.
• Solid understanding of database systems, including SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience working with microservices architecture and integrating third-party APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interactions on web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a responsive and intuitive user experience across devices.
• Develop and manage server-side logic, data processing, and backend functionalities utilizing languages like Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Create and integrate secure, efficient APIs (including RESTful services) to enable communication between front-end and back-end systems, as well as with third-party services.
• Design, create, and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for effective data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define requirements and develop AI-powered features and solutions.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from initial design and development to deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop technical documentation and artifacts to support software products and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards and system reliability.
