We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js / React.js) to join an established product team within our client's HUB — an enterprise-grade SaaS platform used by global companies to meet complex ESG and sustainability compliance requirements.

This is a full-time, long-term position with ongoing work, where you will collaborate closely with an existing, cross-functional team on a mature, scalable product used by international clients.

What You’ll Work On

• The client's HUB supports companies in complying with critical global and EU regulations, including:
• German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) – supplier human rights & environmental compliance
• EU Whistleblower Directive – secure, anonymous reporting systems
• Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) – upcoming EU-wide ESG regulation
• You’ll contribute to a modern, serverless, enterprise platform, helping build and refine scalable applications without worrying about infrastructure, failover, or scalability constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize full-stack features using Node.js (primary) and React.js
• Develop robust, scalable solutions that automate complex compliance and ESG workflows
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in small, agile teams (5–7 people)
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Take ownership of JavaScript/TypeScript-based architecture and technical decisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and technical standards
• Mentor junior developers and support overall team growth when needed

Skills & Experience

• Strong senior-level experience with Node.js (main focus) and React.js
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript (mandatory)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
• Comfortable using Git in collaborative team environments
• Product-oriented mindset: you think about users, business impact, and scalability
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• English proficiency: C1 level or higher
• German is a plus (B1+), but not required
