We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer who can own both frontend and backend development across modern web applications. The ideal candidate is strong in Next.js on the frontend and NestJS on the backend, with a deep focus on scalability, security, performance, and developer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong frontend experience with Next.js (React 18+), TypeScript, and modern React architecture
• Strong backend experience with Node.js (NestJS + TypeScript) and REST API development
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across client and server environments
• Experience building reusable component-based frontend architectures (Hooks, Context API, Zustand, React Query)
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, App Router (Next.js 14+), SSR/SSG, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and scalable system design
• Database design experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with query optimization
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT), RBAC, and multi-tenant systems
• Experience building secure systems with proper validation, logging, monitoring, and error handling
• Knowledge of compliance-aware engineering, secure coding, encryption, and data protection best practices
• Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL services, and real-time data workflows
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SES, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager
• Strong focus on clean, maintainable, scalable code and engineering best practices
• Testing experience across frontend and backend (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, unit & integration testing)
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers (Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn)
• Proficiency with Git workflows, PR reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear English communication

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications across frontend and backend
• Build accessible, and pixel-perfect UI using Next.js and modern design systems
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into scalable, reusable components and services
• Design and develop secure, scalable REST APIs using Node.js (NestJS + TypeScript)
• Architect and maintain microservice-based and event-driven backend systems
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third-party platforms, and real-time data pipelines
• Build automation workflows for compliance monitoring and evidence collection
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, encryption, and audit trails across systems
• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, reliability, and scalability in multi-tenant environments
• Collaborate with product, security, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, linting, testing, and engineering standards
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across frontend and backend modules
• Contribute to developer experience improvements, tooling, and engineering workflows
• Take ownership of features from concept to production deployment
