• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js / Next.js
• Build and maintain efficient back-end services and APIs using Python / FastAPI
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
• Support deployment and monitoring of applications
• Stay updated with new web development trends and best practices
• Work with project management to meet timelines and quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent — fresh graduates welcome
• 1–3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI for backend development
• Hands-on experience with React.js and/or Next.js for frontend development
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL queries
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork in English and Vietnamese
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with SQLAlchemy ORM and Pydantic
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflows
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies
• Personal projects or open-source contributions demonstrating FastAPI + React/Next.js capabilities
