2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer, Client Platform plays a key role in enhancing the efficiency of product teams by managing shared component libraries, design systems, and build tools critical to daily engineering operations. The position involves both front-end and back-end development, particularly focusing on designing and maintaining GraphQL schemas that enable dynamic UI rendering across mobile and web clients. This role directly contributes to the scalability, performance, and accessibility of customer-facing products, ensuring seamless feature delivery and platform stability.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve GraphQL schemas within a federated graph structure.
• Manage versioned schema contracts, coordinating changes across iOS, Android, and web teams.
• Develop and optimize GraphQL APIs, RPC endpoints, and SQL queries.
• Build front-end applications and shared libraries using React and TypeScript.
• Ensure web applications are fast and accessible.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to architect and release features.
• Utilize observability tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Set up and improve monitoring and alerting systems.
• Identify technical debt and implement improvements.
• Address production bottlenecks to enhance platform scalability.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and documentation.
• Participate in agile design, architecture, and delivery processes.
• Write comprehensive tests for features and bug fixes.
• Work with QA to strengthen automated testing and CI/CD workflows.
• Employ Claude Code in development to increase efficiency.
• Perform other duties as required.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and strong UX instincts.
• At least 2 years designing and evolving GraphQL schemas for multi-client products.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and browser environments.
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with scalable production systems and performance troubleshooting.
• Participation in on-call rotations and end-to-end release management.
• Commitment to clean architecture and maintainable code.
• Clear technical writing skills for documentation and collaboration.
• Experience with API development using Node, Bun, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with multi-client or white-label platform development.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized service operation.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and command-line tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, ExUnit, RSpec, or pytest.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range $135,000—$180,000 USD
• Competitive compensation package
