About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior .NET Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering features and functionalities across multiple platforms, including web and mobile, to facilitate product distribution and enhance organizational agility. You will work with a modern technology stack centered around Microsoft .NET, utilizing tools such as CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server. Your responsibilities will include debugging, fixing software defects, performing data maintenance, and developing solutions that ensure the proper functioning of applications in a production environment. Collaboration with colleagues and technical resources to define technical solutions that meet business requirements is crucial. The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn new skills, contribute to system improvements, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be a key part of our innovative technology team, contributing to our ongoing success and growth.

Qualifications

• Functional skills in programming languages such as C# and ASP.NET
• Knowledge of basic development tools including code editors, source code control, and defect tracking systems
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to estimate work and break down tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical approaches and issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
• 1+ years of experience in ASP.NET, MVC, C# development
• 1+ years of SQL and database development experience
• Exposure to Windows PowerShell, XML, and Web Services (preferred)
• Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design (preferred)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve software defects to maintain application stability
• Perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data maintenance activities
• Ensure the proper functioning of applications in a production environment
• Conduct maintenance and problem resolution for core applications, ranging from simple to complex issues
• Design and develop logical and physical data models aligned with application requirements
• Document design, source code, and system architecture for future reference and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to define technical solutions that meet business needs
• Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices, tools, and system improvements
• Gather and analyze development and service issues to provide actionable insights
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
