Your Role

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Build modern, responsive web applications using React.
• Integrate and develop features with LINE Messaging API / LINE OA.
• Design and implement chatbot workflows (e.g., command-based, event-driven).
• Handle webhook events, messaging flows, and automation logic.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Experience with LINE Messaging API: Rich Menu management.
• Per-user Rich Menu linking (single & bulk operations).
• Knowledge of LINE Webhook events for real-time user interactions.
• Experience building Flex Messages for personalized content delivery.
• Familiar with LINE Flex Message Simulator for prototyping message layouts.
• Understanding of LINE API rate limits and batch processing strategies.

Specification

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience in Golang (or similar backend language).
• Experience with frontend development using React.
• Hands-on experience with LINE OA / LINE Messaging API / Chatbot development.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
• Familiar with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent command of the Thai language with a deep understanding of local business contexts is strictly required to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders and partner.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LIFF (LINE Front-end Framework).
• Experience with LINE Login integration.
• Knowledge of Audience & Narrowcast API for segment-based targeted messaging.
• Experience designing chatbot frameworks or command systems.
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
