We are seeking a Founding Engineer to build and own our full-stack AI compliance platform, directly impacting enterprise legal and compliance workflows.

The role involves designing, developing, and shipping scalable features, APIs, and services, while maintaining close customer relationships to gather feedback and iterate on solutions. You will make high-impact technical decisions, influence product roadmap, and collaborate with the founding team in a high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications Include

• Experience building full-stack systems at scale, proficient in Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and balancing speed with reliability.
• Enjoy working directly with customers to understand their needs.
