Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (Laravel/React)

Essential Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel.
• Good experience with React.js, reusable components, and modern frontend development.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and build tools such as Vite/Webpack.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and Laravel Eloquent ORM.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of web security, authentication, and authorization.
• Proficiency in Git, branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, Nginx/Apache, and CLI-based deployment.
• Experience optimizing application performance and following coding best practices.
• Ability to independently develop features, fix bugs, and maintain existing applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA, designers, and project teams.
• Participate in code reviews and provide support to junior developers.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Vue.js or Angular.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience with PHPUnit, Pest, Jest, or TDD.
• Knowledge of WebSockets/SSE.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Firebase, or GraphQL.
• Intermediate Linux administration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver projects on time.
