Role Description The Developer (Junior / Senior Engineer) at Elevar will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design, build, and maintain digital solutions that support client campaigns and internal tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing web applications, implementing integrations with marketing platforms and analytics tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. The role also involves contributing to technical documentation, participating in code reviews, and proposing improvements to existing systems and workflows. This is a part-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring consistent communication and reliable delivery of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software development, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) and experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) for building responsive user interfaces.
• Knowledge of back-end development, APIs, and databases (SQL or NoSQL), with the ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable services.
• Understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tag managers, SEO-related integrations) or willingness to learn these platforms.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code, perform debugging, and participate in code reviews for continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, designers).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a digital agency or marketing-focused environment is a plus.
