Remote Leverage is a leading recruiting agency based in Florida, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring talent from Latin America and around the world for U.S.-based businesses. You would be working directly with the business to design, build, and maintain internal web applications, automation tools, API integrations, and AI-powered features that improve workflows, support operations, and increase efficiency across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications used across all departments.
• Develop full-stack features end-to-end, including frontend, backend APIs, database, and deployment.
• Integrate internal tools with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and MCPs.
• Utilize AI in daily tasks and build AI-powered features, ensuring AI is used as a tool layered on engineering judgment.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, including UI bugs, backend errors, and database performance.
• Manage features from initial stakeholder request to implementation, code review, deployment, and follow-up.
• Use Git with branches, pull requests, and code review as the standard workflow.
• Document architecture decisions, APIs, data models, and internal processes for team scalability.
• Collaborate asynchronously across time zones with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• TypeScript and Python
• AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex
• LLM integration in production, including prompt design and structured outputs
• REST API integration with OAuth, webhooks, and error handling
• Postgres and SQL, with experience in Supabase and Vercel

Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping full-stack web apps end-to-end with a portfolio or GitHub profile required.
• Strong command of TypeScript and Python, with solid React fundamentals.
• Proficient in using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in daily workflow.
• Working knowledge of Postgres and SQL, including schema design and RLS.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms via REST APIs and MCPs.
• Comfortable with deployment on Supabase and Vercel.
• Strong full-stack debugging skills, tracing issues from UI to database.
• Ability to turn vague requests into scoped, shippable features.
• Disciplined Git workflow with branches, PRs, and code review.
• Clear written English for explaining technical trade-offs to non-engineers.
