About the role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate SDET to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards for our AI-driven conversational products. If you enjoy breaking systems, improving quality, and working with cutting-edge technologies, this role is for you.

Key Reponsibilities

• Test AI-based conversational products for performance, accuracy, and reliability
• Design, develop, and execute manual & automated test cases
• Improve and maintain QA processes and standards
• Identify gaps in model accuracy and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality
• Prepare detailed test reports and feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles
• Strong experience in Manual + Automation Testing
• Hands-on with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Rest Assured
• Experience in API testing and scripting (Java/Python)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven
• Strong understanding of Functional & Non-Functional Testing
• Exposure to databases (MySQL) and tools like JMeter (good to have)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
