Designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains, and improves business applications as a member of a team, works across entire software development lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development. 
• 5+ years of experience developing hybrid mobile applications using Ionic (must have)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v10+). 
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS. 
• Experience with state management (e.g., NgRx). 
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT, and OAuth. 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and e2e testing. 
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring developers. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. 
• Development & Architecture: Design and implement responsive, high-performance Angular applications. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services. Optimize application performance and scalability. 
• Project Management: Break down requirements into actionable tasks and delegate effectively. Ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Engineers. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with Micro frontend/Module Federation.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization. 
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
