Company Description

GeoSnake | AI Optimization helps businesses understand and improve how often their brands appear in AI-generated answers. Focusing on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), the company enables organizations to be found, mentioned, recommended, and cited by AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. GeoSnake provides visibility into the AI search landscape by tracking brand mentions across LLMs, measuring AI visibility scores, comparing competitors, and analyzing sources and sentiment. Its platform turns AI visibility into actionable insights, showing where brands appear, where competitors are ahead, and which content or business information needs improvement. GeoSnake is designed for the shift from traditional SEO to GEO, helping businesses prepare for a future where customers seek direct answers from AI assistants rather than just search engine links.

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Software Engineer at GeoSnake | AI Optimization. The Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain back-end services and APIs that power GEO analytics and reporting features. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, writing clean and maintainable code, integrating with external AI and data sources, and optimizing system performance and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with product and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architecture decisions and documentation. The engineer will help improve existing tools and workflows to ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and efficient.
