Responsibilities

Customize and maintain CRM applications based on business requirements.

Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation processes.

Integrate CRM systems with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
