Sr Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote within Canada (with occasional onsite meetings in Edmonton, AB, 3–4 times per month)

Duration: 12 Months + 12 Months (Possible Extension)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience working on enterprise-level applications in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.

• Build frontend, backend, APIs, and database solutions.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and development activities.

• Develop automated unit and integration tests.

• Troubleshoot application issues and support deployments and production releases.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business teams, and UX designers.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.

• Strong experience with Angular AND/OR React AND/OR Vue.js.

• Strong experience with C#/.NET Core AND/OR Node.js (NestJS/Express) AND/OR Python (Django).

• Experience working with Relational Databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OR Oracle.

• Experience with AWS AND/OR Azure AND/OR GCP.

• Experience with Git or similar source-control tools.

• Experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.

Nice to Have:

• CI/CD pipeline experience.

• Legacy application modernization.

• Government or Public Sector experience.

• Generative AI, AI Agents, or Machine Learning exposure.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work within Canada and be available to attend occasional onsite meetings in Edmonton, AB when required.
