Position: Backend C#/.NET Developer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $30 - $110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C# and .NET frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and security in all backend implementations.
• Optimize existing backend processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently in production and staging environments.
• Document technical specifications and backend architecture clearly for team collaboration.

Requirements

• Have expert-level proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Have strong experience with MySQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Have a solid understanding of server-side logic, RESTful API development, and integration patterns.
• Have a track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
