The Role

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications within a cross-domain solution environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and integrate requirements into features, using a modern software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to mid-level engineering staff.

• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability, while ensuring security and compliance.

• Participate in system architecture discussions and influence key technical decisions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 12 years of experience.

• Expertise in Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA) and modern JavaScript.

• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Java best practices.

• Solid experience with RESTful web services, API design, and version control systems like Git.

• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
