About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior ERP Developer to join our team in Aalsmeer. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our core ERP systems that are utilized daily by hundreds of users across prominent Dutch organizations, including a market leader in the flower bulb industry. The position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning, working closely with experienced colleagues to innovate and improve our business applications. Your primary responsibilities will include developing new functionalities, optimizing existing modules, and actively contributing to solutions for complex business processes. You will work within a small, dedicated team of developers and analysts to ensure our software remains reliable, stable, and user-friendly, supporting critical operations such as logistics and finance. This role is ideal for someone eager to advance their skills in ERP development and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with ERP systems or business applications
• Strong understanding of databases and data management
• Knowledge of business logic and structured programming
• Interest in working with proven, powerful technologies
