Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front End Developer, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Front End Developer will design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web applications that support Horizon Perdana’s data management and software solutions. Daily tasks include implementing responsive layouts, integrating front-end components with back-end services, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The role involves collaborating with product owners, designers, and back-end developers to translate technical and business requirements into intuitive, reliable user experiences. The developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to UI/UX improvements, and help maintain front-end documentation and best practices.
Qualifications

• IT bachelor degree with minumum 2 years of experince
• Strong skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, including modern JavaScript frameworks and HTML/CSS.
• Solid understanding of Web Development and Software Development principles, including version control and testing practices.
• Basic familiarity with Back-End Web Development to effectively integrate APIs and collaborate with server-side teams.
• Experience building and maintaining production-ready web applications, preferably in data-heavy or technical domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow secure coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills in English and Indonesian; experience in the oil and gas or geoscience sector is an advantage.
