We are hiring Full-Stack Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, automates, implements, and maintains software components and modules across our application portfolio. This spans modern cloud-based applications on AWS and Azure as well as established legacy systems built on SQL, .NET, and C#. What sets this role apart is how the work gets done: we expect engineers to work in an AI-first, agentic way, using AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows to deliver higher-quality software faster, while increasingly building AI-driven and agentic capabilities into the products we ship.
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer III, you will architect AI-native and agentic solutions, set the standard for responsible and effective AI-assisted development on the team, and lead the modernization of legacy systems using modern AI approaches.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
Qualifications:
- Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP in a highly technical environment.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud technologies, including IoT services and devices.
- Proficiency in these technologies: .NET, C#, HTML5, Web API, MVC, Angular framework, jQuery, Bootstrap, and NUnit.
- Experience with Azure cloud services (Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Runbooks).
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL queries, including support and modernization of legacy SQL-backed applications.
- Intermediate expertise across CI/CD tooling, such as Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong analytical and computational skills, with the ability to tackle problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
- Ability to keep others appropriately informed and to express ideas clearly in conversations and interactions.
- A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions.
- Self-motivated, able to work well under pressure, and able to work cooperatively on a team.
AI-First Engineering:
- Deep, hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools (for example, Claude / Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to deliver production software.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into applications, including LLM APIs, prompt and context design, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic or tool-use architectures.
- Track record of setting standards and guardrails for safe, secure, and responsible AI use across an engineering team.
- Comfort working across both modern and legacy systems, applying AI-assisted approaches to older codebases.
Preferred:
- Experience building production AI or LLM features, or agentic systems.
- Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications with AI assistance.
- Familiarity with evaluations, observability, and guardrails for AI systems.
- Contributions to internal AI tooling, prompt libraries, or developer-productivity practices.
- Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.
- A good understanding of Kotlin and Java is a plus.
- Familiarity with test-driven development methodology.
