Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at Block Bridgers, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers in a full-time, remote capacity. You will implement responsive user interfaces, build and optimize APIs, and integrate databases and services to ensure robust, secure, and scalable systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, reviewing peers’ code, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with product and design teams to refine requirements and deliver features. You will participate in architecture discussions, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve development workflows, deployment pipelines, and overall system performance. The role also involves staying current with emerging technologies and recommending improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering skills, including Full-Stack Development and Software Development experience.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and integrating with databases.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of web application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
