testing, and supporting automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The Software Developer II will be responsible for developing high-quality software applications, maintaining existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage AI and automation to transform business processes and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in software development, preferably in automation, cloud-based applications, or infrastructure solutions.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with automation frameworks, APIs, and scripting languages.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve operational workflows and system reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster best practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and resilience of automation solutions.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
