We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take technical responsibility, lead development efforts, and contribute across backend, frontend, database, and infrastructure layers.

Role Overview

This is a senior-level position for someone with strong hands-on experience in modern software development. The ideal candidate should be able to design and build scalable applications, guide other developers, make technical decisions, and take ownership of project delivery.

You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams while also supporting the technical leadership of the development process.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts within project teams and guide other developers when needed.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend applications.
• Take ownership of technical architecture, code quality, and delivery standards.
• Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, authentication flows, and business logic.
• Build modern, maintainable, and responsive frontend applications.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and data workflows.
• Review code, improve development practices, and support team productivity.
• Manage deployment processes and contribute to DevOps workflows.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud servers, and related infrastructure tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability, performance, and security.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with React.
• Strong hands-on experience in full stack software development.
• Solid backend development experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, authorization, background jobs, integrations, and scalable service architectures.
• Strong frontend development experience with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI development.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Ability to design efficient database schemas, write optimized queries, manage migrations, and work with indexes, performance tuning, and data integrity.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, server management, and cloud-based deployment environments.
• Ability to technically lead a development team, review code, guide developers, and support project delivery.
• Good understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, documentation, and collaborative development.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and solve complex technical problems.
• Good English reading and writing skills; spoken English is a plus.
• Turkish citizenship is required due to project and contractual requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Laravel, Vue, or similar technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or similar cloud providers.
• Experience with microservices, message queues, Redis, monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Experience in AI-powered products or large-scale enterprise/public-sector projects.
• Previous experience mentoring developers or acting as a technical lead.
• Experience working in hybrid or distributed engineering teams.

Working Model

This is a hybrid-friendly role. Candidates based in Istanbul who can occasionally come to the office will be prioritized and considered a strong plus. However, strong remote candidates will also be evaluated.
